Welcome
to my computer realm. In order that you might see where the web site I
produce is coming from, here is a picture of my computer room. (Note:
click on the pictures to get a full-sized view.)
To your left is myself as a child. In some ways I haven't
changed--if I had had the equipment to do a site then, my pages would have looked
much the same as they do now.
In this
more recent picture, I'm on the right, trying to do some comedy
television broadcasting from Purdue University.
A look at the pastoral side of town (Lafayette, IN)
A couple
of science fiction shots. (My stories can be accessed from my links
page
at Bewildering Stories.) This
is a view from the window of my room at the 1992 World Science Fiction Convention.
Here's a NASA vehicle at the Grissom Air Force Base.
A
rather typical street scene in Lafayette.
A couple of youth spirits at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
That church went bankrupt (the POP went on the rocks, as the members say) and
now I go to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
There's some complaints about the funding there too.
If Hollywood
hadn't missed a bet they'd have had this guy instead of Lon
Chaney
in The Phantom of the Opera. His presence here indicates that
my website is partially an entertainment website.
Lafayette has as much traffic as any city in the world.
My youngest brother's daughters.
Our
downtown has modern-day business and shopping available.
George was a dummy that lived in my cellar. One
day he entirely disappeared
and no one could explain it. I found a few parts of him and he became
a snowman. His shirt and expression provide the proper welcome to my website.
I'm glad to recollect him here.
