Future Fantasies Our next issue leads off with “Children of the Plague” by Albert J. Manachino, a story which chronicles dire events in a worldwide epidemic and the deterioration of civilization which is its consequence. Apparently the story is of great significance in these troubled times. “Rip Walton and the Space Pirates” by Daniel Slaten takes you back to the Golden Age of SF, or something near to it in time, with a genuine space opera. “The Search for Spiral Neb ” by Bob Bolin continues the theme of interplanetary piracy, and Herbert Jerry Baker's “Sacrifice” gives the reader his quota of horror. There'll be good timely features, too, so take some time out and have a view.
